Child care benefit eligibility information

For families to access the child care benefit their service provider must be registered with the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills (Ofsted).

Nanny Granny, as a service provider connects parents with carer and is not a childcare provider and is not registered with Osted.

Generally, NannyGrannies are not Registered Childcare Workers.

The NannyGranny concept is based upon NannyGrannies having decades of real-life experience caring for children, rather than formal qualifications.  

When a NannyGranny is a Registered Childcare Worker, you will see an "R" on their profile

The Nanny Granny service does not include assistance or advice regarding child care benefit eligibility.
